Ashur Products is proud to ship anywhere in or
outside of the U.S. However, please understand that all
shipping & handling cost to include tariffs or other fees
are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will be happy
to assist you in obtaining all shipping information prior to
placing your order.
Because of inclimate weather any product shipped
when weather conditions are above 70 degrees, will be
shipped with ice. Customer will be responsible for
overnight shipping fees and ice fees when necessary.
We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours.
However, during peak seasons please allow 5 business
days. Should you have a special order or a very large
order shipping info may differ.
All shipments have a tracking number. Should you

REPORT DAMAGE NOW!! Inspect all packages
immediately with driver present, making note of any
shortage/damage. Please retain all merchandise and ALL
packing materials for driver inspection. Shortage or
damage must be reported, WITHIN 7 Business Days, to
Ashur Products 830/569-4853. Failure to do so may
result in loss of claim. Prior approval is required to
REFUSE, RETURN, or receive credit.
